I am wondering, how did this yast change pass staging? Isn't there a textmode test in staging?

YaST team has been asked for help and is gladly trying to do it

Before I got the operator authorization, Dominique seems to have fixed user_settings.
At least I don't see any more failures of user_settings on https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=opensuse&version=Tumbleweed&build=20160209&groupid=1

still tests failing, e.g. see

and in there all failed modules shown as "user_settings".
