On mirrors.opensuse.org, this mirror is not marked as carrying anything, but looking the the contents, it is sync'ing.

Looking at e.g. the Leap 15.3 marker file 'distribution/leap/15.3/repo/oss/repodata/repomd.xml', it is present, so I don't quite understand why we are not seeing it when we scan. The mirror has working http, ftp and rsync services.

This is really weird - somehow we cannot or we are not scanning this mirror regularly, or somehow the markers are not found.
