Description
There is a lot of test runs of ncurses in console tests among functional group. In order to move ncurses out from them, we can add it into 'extra_tests_misc'. After this we can go further with removal of it from other tests. We can add other tests duplicated tests like 'ncurses' into extra_tests_misc.
- add and schedule ncurses to start direct from hdd_1
- move ncurses out from other console tests where make sense
