#### Motivation
Move SLE 12SP5 regression test from [Migration misc](https://openqa.suse.de/admin/job_templates/478?) to [Migration](https://openqa.suse.de/admin/job_templates/265?).
We can reserve the test suite name but add postfix of 'services', ex: online_sles15sp4_pscc_live-basesys-srv-desktop-dev-contm-lgm-tsm-wsm-pcm_all_full_services. online_sles15sp4_pscc_live-basesys-srv-desktop-dev-contm-lgm-tsm-wsm-pcm_all_full_services
Note: For the renaming, exclude Full medium media migration(MEDIA_UPGRADE=1) test since no service check test run on these test.
Besides that, we should rename these test suites following the style in Migration group, ex: migr_<product> prefix
#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Move SLE 12SP5 regression test from Migration misc group to Migration group.
**AC2**: Rename the test suites to add postfix of 'services'.
**AC3**: Rename the test suites to follow the style in Migration group, add prefix of migr_<product>.
