1. Run the test which has module which name contains '#' 2. Press "Create test issue" on any tile within problematic module ==> generated test description will contain contains URL like https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14027557/modules/check_registercloudguest#1/steps/11 which will forward you into "API help" page
