## Motivation Based on retro 2024-01-19. okurz: I found multiple of our meetings a bit frustrating not receiving enough feedback also because many do not have their camera enabled. I would really like if people either more actively participate. ## Suggestions * -> Make the end of each meeting ends always explicit e.g. "We are done with the call", use sound effects * Encourage people to leave or agree to wrap up early if participants are struggling to contribute and make a break
