#### Motivation Follow the [poo 121639](https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/121639), SLE 15 SP4 enters LTSS on mid December 2023. We need update 15 SP4 tests to add 'LTSS' and corresponding regcode for 'LTSS', this include Maintenance Update, MU development, Migration daily, Migration milestone, Migration misc, and Migration development groups. #### Acceptance criteria **AC1**: Update SLES 15 SP4 test to add 'LTSS' and verify.
