## Motivation
The openQA webUI VM for osd was moved to PRG2. We should clarify that we don't need the old anymore and then decommission it. anymore.
## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** osd openQA jobs run successfully for all four archs x86_64+aarch64+s390x+ppc64le without relying on old-osd
* **AC2:** old-osd has been deleted
* **AC3:** All references to old-osd are removed, e.g. racktables
## Suggestions
* *DONE* Wait for #133364 to proceed sufficiently
* *DONE* Switch off services on old OSD to see if people relied upon it, e.g. based on manual IP
* *DONE* Switch off the VM
* *DONE* Ask Eng-Infra to decommission old-osd for good
* Ensure that references to old-osd are removed, e.g. racktables
