#### Motivation Motivation: 
 Revert the setting of DUD_NO_SHORTEN_URL=1 after the short url could work for dud bootloader parameters. 
 The dud shout url doesn't work in bootloader, so we add a workaround by adding setting DUD_NO_SHORTEN_URL=1 in case setting. When the short url works fine in bootloader, we will revert these settings.
