#### Motivation
After drop some minimal update test suites, for the reserved minimal update test suites we need update the installation process to make the test make sense for the test target.
We suggest to create the qcow through autoyast, refer to existing autoyast test [autoyast_offline_media_install+registration](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11162216#) .
Below are the test suites need to create autoyast installation for minimal update on SLES15SP3:
migration daily job group(https://openqa.nue.suse.com/group_overview/265)
* offline_sles15sp3_media_base_def_minimal@aarch64 offline_sles15sp3_media_base_all_minimal@aarch64
Migration milestone job group(https://openqa.nue.suse.com/group_overview/266):
* online_sles15sp3_scc_basesys-srv-def_minimal_zypp@x86_64 online_sles15sp3_scc_basesys-srv-all_full_zypp@x86_64

**AC1**: Create autoyast installation without registration for minimal update qcow on SLES15SP3
