## Observation openQA test in scenario sle-15-Leanos-DVD-aarch64-textmode+proxy_SCC@aarch64 fails in [yast2_i](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1174120/modules/yast2_i/steps/9) ## Reproducible Fails since (at least) Build [96.4](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1086661) ## Expected result Last good: See the [textmode](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/latest?arch=x86_64&test=textmode&distri=sle&flavor=Leanos-DVD&machine=64bit&version=15) tests for SLE15 which use proxy-SCC but are not the scenario "proxy-SCC", e.g. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1174125 ## Problem (unknown) (or more recent) proxySCC specifies a custom SCC url "SCC_URL_VALID" in the test suite pointing to "Server-…" which does not apply for SLE15 -> Either provide the SCC_URL_VALID in the test code based on versions or don't trigger that scenario for SLE15. We could just specify boolean switch in the test suite and based on that construct a URL within the test code.
