#### Observation 

 openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-Online-x86_64-nis_client@rakoenig/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse#fix_nis_timeout@64bit fails in

 [latest](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/latest?arch=x86_64&distri=sle&flavor=Online&machine=64bit&test=nis_client&version=15-SP5)

 The progress bar for "Starting services..." seems to be stuck at 50% for 5 minutes in that screenshot.  

 #### Reproducible 

 Problem happens sporadically. The link above is from a quick test if increasing the timeout from 120 seconds to 300 seconds 
 can solve this issue, but it showed up again in the 3rd test run. 

 #### Acceptane criteria 

 * **AC1**: Investigate the root cause of this problem. 
 * **AC2**: If possible find a way to mitigate this.
