#### Motivation
Adjust schedules to avoid processing beta popup when the product will not contain it in GMC in all the job groups owned by Yam
#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Restart staging areas with correct setting (recently updated) to speed up the release for testing of GMC
**AC2**: Avoid processing beta popup in product validation
#### Additional information
Now that we moved to mostly to yaml based on default it should be less files where to adapt this.
We should not merge PR a bit on advance of the first build, please watch for it.
