#### Observation
We will create a default file for ppc64le and adapt the test suite for this aarch to use it.
We need update all the interactive installation for ppc64le.
#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Create default yaml file
**AC2**: Create new ppc64le yaml files where applies
#### Suggestions
- Take inspiration from other tasks done in Epic where this task belongs.
- Notice that the default is to use PowerVM, which mean workers spvm or hmc, so default yaml file should create for that.
- ~~At the moment looks like it is more stable to use hmc, in case you get stuck with spvm backend, and most likely we will move to hmc all jobs.~~ We are using spvm and we are not aware that hmc is more stable after it was reinstalled, spvm history was quite more stable despite using the old navalink console.
