#### Motivation The qcow sle-15-SP3-x86_64-gm-textmode@64bit.qcow2 hasn't de-registered system before publish, migration test need register system firstly. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10596887#step/register_system/4 So this need add '- console/scc_deregistration' to the yaml schedule file for qcow generation or set SCC_DEREGISTER=1 for schedule from main.pm. #### Acceptance criteria **AC1**: Schedule autoyast installation for Re-genetate the qcow of sle-15-SP3-x86_64-gm-textmode@64bit.qcow2 and make sure it de-registered.
