#### Motivation
In similar way that it is done in SLE, Yam squad will create a job group under development in O3 using FLAVOR for maintenance to have there auto-installation that are consumed by other jobs.
This avoid the situation to have outdated images and non-reproducible steps for bugs.
#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Create job group in O3 under Development
**AC2**: Create a dummy test and check in next build automatically triggered by the bot that was scheduled succesfully
