#### Motivation ####
Better organization of the documentation in the QE Department (very beneficial for newcomers).

Move our [existing documentation](https://confluence.suse.com/display/QYT/QE+YaST+Team) to proposed structure:
https://confluence.suse.com/display/qasle/QE+YaST
#### Acceptance criteria ####
**AC1**: Move our existing documentation to proposed location
**AC2**: (optionally) apply some simple updates regarding with the merge QE-YaST + QE-Migration.
**AC3**: Create further tickets with areas of the documentation considered to be improved.
#### Additional information ####
Contact @hurhaj in case of any doubt for the moving.
To update the documentation further we should create follo-up tickets.
Note: we still pending to define the official name of the squad "QE-YaST + QE-Migration"
