## Motivation
With os-autoinst plugins namely "wheels" supported and also blogged about, see https://kalikiana.gitlab.io/post/2022-08-04-re-inventing-the-wheel/, and explained what "WHEELS_DIR" is on https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/blob/master/doc/backend_vars.asciidoc we should make sure that people can find some documentation visible on http://open.qa/docs, e.g. https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/blob/master/docs/WritingTests.asciidoc
## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** os-autoinst wheels with motivation from this ticket's epic is documented on open.qa/docs
