#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Migrate test suite 'sles+sdk+proxy_SCC_via_YaST' from PowerKVM to PowerVM
#### Suggestions
We already have sles+sdk+proxy_SCC_via_YaST_ncurses in Full Medium in PowerVM, so it should be straighfoward, except for the registration step of course.
The goal is to obtain the same result than in sles+sdk+proxy_SCC_via_YaST in Online medium.
