Note: this ticket is with New status, and would need history explanation why vsftpd is in sle_tests only.
Add the following tests in Tumbleweed testing:
tests/console/vsftpd.pm
## Acceptance criteria
* AC1 The tests are scheduled under extra_tests_textmode test suite under https://openqa.opensuse.org/group_overview/1 job group
