## Motivation See https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/3769 with a scratch PR from phil-hands whom we should support. support ## Acceptance criteria The acceptance criteria is deduced from what the mentioned draft PR attempts to achieve: * AC1: Code is adjusted so OAuth 2 parameters for other providers than GitHub can be added. * AC2: Parameters for OAuth 2 via salsa.debian.org are added relying on AC1. * AC3: Custom parameters for OAuth 2 can be specified within the config file.
