We still have steps, which use needles and shortcuts to create new partitions.
Let's start with simple scenarios, namely btrfs_libstorage-ng, ext4_yast, xfs for SLES, and corresponding scenarios on TW and Leap.
REST API calls should be available for most of the calls (if not all), so mainly should apply them.
Creating partitions in case some partitions do exist before, are out of scope of this ticket.

1. REST API is used in scenarios where we select FS in guided setup
