openQA test in scenario sle-15-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-mau-qa_userspace_systemd@64bit fails in `check-unit` testcase

`check-unit` testcase fails both is sle-15 and sle-15-sp1 because `qaperf.service` of `qa_testset_automation` package fails to start for SLE-15 and SLE-15SP1.
