Once we have added support to the server side, we can implement support of the client side too.
Very likely, that we can reuse YMenuButton, as from interaction perspective it's identical.
## Acceptance criteria
1. REST API client library supports new YMenuBar widget
2. Support of YMenuButton is tested for the regressions (changes in libyui might have affected this widget)
