test fails in kdump_and_crash, because not enough disk space to install rpms

at least two occurences of this problem
 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1262655#step/kdump_and_crash/22 (TW 20200509)
 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1265167#step/kdump_and_crash/22 (TW 20200512)

 Do we need to:
 * increase disk space of started "extra_tests_in_textmode" ? today 20GB (easiest solution)
 * reduce number of modules before kdump_and_crash
 * have some cleanup before kdump_and_crash rpms install (what/how ?)

 ## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-ppc64le-extra_tests_in_textmode@ppc64le fails in
 [kdump_and_crash](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1265167/modules/kdump_and_crash/steps/22)

 ## Tasks Test suite description
 Maintainer: okurz@suse.de

 1. Need to determine the minimal requirements for disk space on ppc for textmode installation. (Ihno?)
 2. Trigger 100 runs to see if reported problem (not enough space) reproducibility (at the moment we see `switch root` failure at boot, product bug) Mainly console extratest.

 ## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [20200506](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1258992)

 ## Expected result

Last good: [20200501](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1251963) (or more recent)

 ## Further details

Always latest result in this scenario: [latest](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/latest?arch=ppc64le&distri=opensuse&flavor=DVD&machine=ppc64le&test=extra_tests_in_textmode&version=Tumbleweed)
