As an alternative to hacking main.pm we could use `EXCLUDE_MODULES` setting.
Functional job group settings are stored: https://gitlab.suse.de/qsf-u/qa-sle-functional-userspace/-/blob/master/functional_sle15_jobgroup.yaml
We can reuse yast2_ncurses and yast2_gui for those scenarios.
## Acceptance criteria
1. yast2 snapper module tests are executed only in the YaST job group for the distribution under development for distributions under development
2. Equivalent coverage is kept (same scope of backends/archs, coverage with different installations might be changed)
