### Observation
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Online-ppc64le-autoyast_mini@ppc64le-hmc-single-disk fails in
[installation](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/4227214/modules/installation/steps/10)
Since build 190.2 we have found this issue where vnc is closed and there are not logs.

Before this error something might have happen that we cannot figure out with the information available. It might require some improvement in the backend to investigate.
## Reproducible
Improve handling of unexpected failures in PowerVM, for example retrieving logs for the failed job.
Fails since (at least) Build [190.2](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/4218176)
