## user story
As a ticket manager in progress.opensuse.org or bugzilla instances I want to know if more recent job runs for a scenario linked in tickets are still failing to know criticality of issues.
## acceptance criteria
* AC1: When a job has finished relevant updates are propagated back to progress.opensuse.org/bugzilla tickets (if a bug reference is present).
