qemu-img create with backing file failed
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Installer-DVD-s390x-toolchain_zypper@s390x-kvm-sle12 fails in
[bootloader_zkvm#1](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3552747/modules/bootloader_zkvm%231/steps/15)

1. Try to implement the same solution already applied for XEN hosts.
