On TW, Leap 15.2 and SLE 15 SP2, kernel-default-debuginfo has to be installed even on JeOS. ## Observation openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen-x86_64-jeos-extra@64bit_virtio-2G fails in [kdump_and_crash](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1023779/modules/kdump_and_crash/steps/22) ## Tasks 1. Investigate why if the right package is trying to be installed. 2. Investigate if the package is missing on the product side (product bug) 3.
