## Observation
We got the change in the product, overview tab now cannot be opened. So we should skip this part for all scenarios where Network Manager is default (not wicked).
`is_network_manager_default` can be used here. Affected products are TW, Leap 15.2.
openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-ppc64le-extra_tests_on_gnome@ppc64le fails in
[yast2_lan_restart](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1051421/modules/yast2_lan_restart/steps/22)
There is a new warning popup looking like yast2_network_settings-yast2-lan-warning-network-manager-20190211 needle before the yast2_lan_restart-yast2_lan-leap15-20190211 needle expected.
