https://openqa.suse.de/tests/292047/modules/partitioning_raid/steps/108 partitioner_raid test needs to be modified to have an if uefi aarch64 loop and handle making an appropriate boot/efi paritition which is formatted FAT very similar to the if OFW 'prep' partition fix which is also already in the test
