`transactionnal_server` test suite should clear repos and add openQA repos instead, as done in other tests. This makes `rebootmgr` test fail https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/965004/modules/rebootmgr/steps/94 since the old, unfixed, `etcd` package version is installed.
