Migrate below test suites from main.pm schedule to yaml.
Test suites:
* migration_offline_sle12sp3+rt
* rt
* rt+ha+geo
* rt+sdk
* sles+rt
* sles+rt-net
## Acceptance Criteria
* **AC1** all test suites will be in yaml format
* **AC2** all test suites validates RT extension
* **AC3** *sles+rt* and *sles+rt+net* reboots to RT after successful installation of RT extension
* **AC4** clean up RT schedule in main.pm
* **AC5** isolate SLERT15 and SLERT12 test schedule in tests/schedule
