## Motivation

Default which we had before is to press `No`, as otherwise we will access repositories which are already published.
Change is not yet in the product, but should reach staging H soon: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=opensuse&version=Staging%3AH&build=1296.1&groupid=2
We also need to adjust test suoite
## Acceptance criteria
1. New step is processed in the affected installers (Leap 15.1, TW)
2. No is selected by default not to use online repos

We do not need/want further online repos on openQA - we want to test the snapshot as we intend to publish it
