Machine dies after ~1 day. Seems like ipmi console works only when the kernel machine is stuck - no hard rebooted, it used to work fine until the network available and SOL is just stuck (no agetty promt). Ticket for investigation from infra can be found here: LTBD outtage, suddenly it went out again, machine seems down but the management console over the web works...
