Description

Motivation

As discussed in daily 2021-09-27: Right now we can create tickets for SUSE-IT or EngInfra but only as individuals. By adding we can follow any responses but only the attendees can respond which means by default the reporter, not anyone else. This makes collaboration among the team quite hard. Can we find a better solution, e.g. to mark tickets as public or find a better place to discuss issues?

There was a response, I answered, no response in a week, waiting for more

Unfortunately SUSE-IT sees no way to make a ticket public however a "group" "OSD-Admins" was created that seems to work at least for us.
