https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/osd-deployment/-/jobs/493142 failed due to
openqaworker-arm-3.suse.de
being offline. grafana-webhook-actions should have covered it yesterday but due to EngInfra not providing updated certificates before they expired the shared gitlab runners in CI jobs did not work hence the recovery did not work as well.

I retriggered the recovery in https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/grafana-webhook-actions/-/jobs/493426 and that worked. https://monitor.qa.suse.de/alerting/list?state=not_ok does not list openqaworker-arm-3 anymore, that's good. Retriggered job in osd-deployment: https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/osd-deployment/-/jobs/493449 . pipeline https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/osd-deployment/-/pipelines/169713 is continuing.
