Description

Add following tests to Tumbleweed

- console/journald_fss
- console/ndctl
- console/network_hostname
- console/nvme_checks
- console/openvswitch_ssl
- console/verify_default_target
- console/verify_network

Update extra_tests_misc.yaml for Tumbleweed and check that tests are running on O3

verify_default_target, verify_network, nvme_checks.pm shouldn't be added to functional group. They belong to yast.

verify_default_target shouldn't be added to functional group. It belongs to yast.
network_hostname is very special and we have hostname set susetest already, so this is working on Tumbleweed.
journald-fss, is about Case 1560070 - FIPS: systemd journald FSS, this seems also too specific to be added to Tumbleweed.
