Observation

OSD deployment failed, reason was

   openqaworker-arm-3.suse.de:
    Minion did not return. [Not connected]

Checked the service salt-minion on openqaworker-arm-3, it was not running.
Run systemctl start salt-minion.service, but the worker rebooted automatically.

oops, my fault. working on #92302 . removed salt key and retriggered osd deployment. Next time I suggest to paste a link to a failed OSD deployment gitlab pipeline. Makes finding the "retry" button easier :)
