Add option to openqa-review to skip displaying all passed results
Description
Motivation¶
openqa-review reports of complete openQA instances or multiple job groups can get big. By filtering out some information we could make these reports easier to read for certain user groups. If one wants to use reports as "TODO-lists", for example if only "test maintainer" look at the report, then all information about "passed" jobs or job groups without failures can be skipped.
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1: An openqa-review report similar to http://s.qa.suse.de/test-status can be created with only information about failed tests on request
- AC2: Reports without the option specified still show the same information as in before

I was able to add a skip-passed option and create a report which skipped all passed Reports and ArchReports.
Now trying to add a test.
