OSD deployment failed, the error message is

  openqaworker-arm-2.suse.de:
    Minion did not return. [Not connected]

Try to connect to that machine using ipmitool -I lanplus -C 3 -H openqaworker-arm-2-ipmi.suse.de sol activate, but show nothing.
Then used ipmitool power cycle to reboot that machine, it rebooted successfully.
Rerun the OSD deployment pipeline.

Last Friday, after rebooting openqaworker-arm-2, the osd deployment was succeeded.
