It looks like the registration for 'opensuse.us' has expired, according to whois, on 17 April 2021.
I'm going to write to the USALUG address listed and ask.

As a temporary band-aid, in dnsmasq I have added an MX record for 'opensuse.us' to point to aspmx.l.google.com.
# previous mails to opensuse.us were delivered to google, so ....
mx-host=opensuse.us,aspmx.l.google.com,10

No response, and the domain still appears to have expired. Unfortunately, godaddy does not accept renewals from third parties.
On 'anna', we have some 2000+ mails awaiting delivery to opensuse.us addresses.
