Observation¶
We got some questions about the last deployment. One question was why the email contained the same diff as before. It seems that the deployment email doesn't account for rollbacks and users can at best guess based on what's not there.

Suggestion¶
- Send out an email as part of the rollback procedure
- Account for rollback in the regular deployment email

I think it would be enough to just put a disclaimer in the announcement "Your experience might differ due to rollback" :)
