Motivation

An admin using https://openqa.opensuse.org/admin/assets can see actual used storage and the configured quota for each job group including the sum for the currently actually used storage. To tweak quota values it would be helpful to have access to the calculated sum of all job group quotas (excluding "Untracked" which does not have a size-limit, only a configured time)
