Description

enhanced_base needs to be added into the installed packages.

With this in place we then can remove the workaround from https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/11878/files#diff-23e3096a7b44a48d5ad0b6df99308d495ca802cf9b26bc34f1d9efb8c9f78614R49

To remove the workaround on rootless_podman regarding the read permissions

on /etc/zypp/credentials.d/* I replace the minimal_base with enchanched_base

which installs acl tool.
