[easy] Clicking on "Untracked" on /admin/assets yields "Not Found" page, better have no clickable link at all

Observation

Pages like https://openqa.suse.de/admin/assets have a "virtual job group": "Untracked". If one clicks on the wrench icon a "Not Found" page is shown

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to /admin/assets
  • Find wrench icon on "Untracked"
  • Click on icon and observe "Not Found" page

Expected result

  • No "Not Found" page should be found for clickable links

Suggestions

Not render a link when there is no valid target
