I gave the link to Markus Feilner who gets it exclusively before everybody else, so Linux Magazin can print them for inclusion in their Magazine.

As just decided on IRC, he gets it Wednesday from Aplanas.

Ludwig added contacts to box vendor a bit below. They get it asap, I guess.

Press I take care off next Wednesday - they get the press kit and the DVD link with a personal mail from me.

They essentially get a mail saying something like:

Dear $NAME,

I'm happy to give you the openSUSE 13.1 Press Kit and download link. As in previous releases, we give you early access while the images propagate over our mirrors so you can prepare your review or comments. The press kit contains the announcement, a feature guide, screenshots and quotes from various community members.

We hope this helps you communicate about openSUSE 13.1 to your readers, viewers and/or listeners.

Obviously these mails have to be individual (can't put 60 journalists in CC, really, you can't).
