Unfortunately that's a bug in update-alternatives when changing slaves. We have an internal Jira ticket for fixing this [jsc#SLE-9101], but there hasn't been any progress lately, so I guess the tests indeed have to be skipped for the time being. I'll try to ignite the ticket again to get the existing test just work on a transactional system.

@tjyrinki_suse we can do a minimal java test on transactional server, see https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/11388 which is still not perfect yet. Additional requirement from Vogtinator about java test is open.
So this is not blocking another ticket or PR based on this workaround.
Please don't set this ticket as "workable" without a clear acceptance criteria or tasks, it is workable if we know how to handle this, thanks!
