Observation

test fails in shar "uudecode: command not found" for Jump1.52 Build 39.13

uudecode supposed to be provided by sharutils rpm (at least for Leap15.2)

do we need to add a conditional "zypper in sharutils" for Jump in openqa/tests/console/shar.pm ?

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Jump:15.2-DVD-ppc64le-extra_tests_in_textmode@ppc64le fails in
shar

Test suite description
